1. Booking and Payment

Your place on the Canine First Aid Course is secured only once full payment has been received.

Bookings are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

2. Cancellation by the Participant

A. Cancellation on or before 18th September

Cancellations received on or before 18th September will receive a full refund.

B. Cancellation after 18th September

Unfortunately, cancellations made after 18th September are non-refundable unless your place can be filled from a waiting list. If your place is successfully filled, a full refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by the Organiser

If RL Dog Training needs to cancel the course for any reason, all participants will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer their booking to a future Canine First Aid Course.

4. Course Content

Every effort will be made to deliver the course as advertised. However, RL Dog Training reserves the right to make minor changes to the course timetable or content where necessary.

5. Participants' Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

• Arriving in good time for the course.

• Bringing their own lunch.

• Informing RL Dog Training of any dietary, medical or accessibility requirements before the course.

6. Health and Safety

This course includes practical demonstrations. By attending, you agree to follow all health and safety instructions given by the instructor throughout the day.

7. Photography

Photographs may be taken during the course for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any photographs, please let us know before the course begins.

8. Personal Information

The information you provide will only be used to administer your booking and to contact you regarding this course.

Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required to do so by law.

9. Liability

Whilst every effort is made to provide a safe learning environment, RL Dog Training and the course instructor cannot accept responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings except where such loss or injury is caused by negligence.

10. Acceptance

By submitting your booking and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
